Beautiful work and excellent details Vinnie. The detail to attention on the ruined house is just fantastic. I'Il bet it would look like the real thing in B & W together with natural light.

Im always blown away by Dios such as this one. The amount of patience and attention to detail deserves respect in itself.

Hey Thanks! Some of the small details include scratchbuilt draw bolts on the door, and hinges, and the weeds on the road, which should just be visible on the pics are actually the stamens from some very small flowers found growing in my garden! Thanks again!

Liberator, thanks for the compliment. I thought about making it bigger.....I'm working my way up to it! I'm trying to think up an idea for a dio approx. 18" x 48". I realise that it's going to be a long term project, so as soon as I think of one........

Cheers James. Firstly, terracotta tiles don't splinter, secondly as indicated by the rear door having been salvaged and propped up against the side of the building, this cottage has been ruined for some time and as such the inside would have been stripped bare long ago, especially of personal belongings, and anyway, it would probably have been abandoned before being ruined. I'll certainly keep your comments in mind though.......

Very nice work Vinne. As a fan of the Dodge T-214 - I appreciate the work you did in finishing the 1 1/2-tonner.
