Hi Guys, thanks for the comments.
I managed to figure out how to link my photbucket images to the forum. Here are a few more pictures.

The serial numbers on the rear quarters were put on individually from a set of Archer Dry Transfers and denote an actual Firefly IC (welded hull) from the Fort Garry Horse. Boy was that a bit nerve racking trying to insure each letter and number lined up fairly well.

Hi Dave,
Very nice work in deed looking excellent. A coulpe of suggestions, only the top end of the extinguisher would be brass, as far as I know, so the neck would be OD like the tank. The mud looks good, but I would add a few lighter/darker spots into it here and there just for contrast.
Don't forget the brass buckles on the camo straps, at least i think they were brass.
Raelly nice work of a fighting vehicle in the field, weathering and build were both 1st class
Cheers
Al

HI Al, thanks for the input. I will repaint the extinguishers and add some buckles for the camo netting.
I have some dark mud pigment and will add this too. Still have to add the dust.

feel free to keep a couple of the open spoked wheels and you could mix them up. It was fairly common. Youre model looks great!
Im anxious to see it all painted up.

Thanks Chris, much appreciated. I can't change the roadwheels now but I can do this on the Sherman V I am also going to build. You are right I have seen pictures of some shermans with both the open and pressed wheels.

Hi John, I plan to add a tank crew with winter suits from ultracast.
Hey Dave,
Your Firefly looks great !!!
I would suggest you could also use Ultracast's newest head set #35044:
http://www.ultracast.ca/products/35/044/default.htm
All the heads with that original set looks like the same old grumpy guy !!!
Cheers

-Removed the storage bags from the blanket box (didn't like the look)
-Added on board stowage with stuff from accurate armour and verlinden.
-Added steel track for additional armour.

Camera set up:
Canon Rebel Xs (10.3 MP capable)
Image setting: Medium (5.3 MP)
AWB, ASA (800), F22
AV setting used on Camera
I went with a higher ASA to compensate for the low light conditions. As I understand higher ASA's can inject noise into the picture but I thought they looked pretty good. I edited the pictures in the canon photo software that came with the camera and sharpened up the images a bit.
Used the camera Flash and simple overheard flourescent lighting.
The Canon Rebel XS has an AV setting that allows for the foreground and background of the image to remain in focus. I used this setting as on some previous shots posted there is some blurring of the image such as the barrel which is furthest away in some shots. Also, the higher Fstop i.e. f20-f22 as I understand keeps more of the total image in focus. I am not an expert as you can see but learned some of this info from here and on ML.
Still need to do the figures and the atennas
Cheers,
Dave.

Hi Al, thanks for the comments and thanks for you help with info on the Fort Garry Horse.
I have to do the figures and have started work on them. I will post a few final pictures once I get them in the tank.
Regards,
Dave.
Next up a Sherman V.

Thanks Jumbo, I have started the Hornet heads for the crew. I am going to paint them in oils and the bodies in acrylics.
