An one of the realy hard things that I would have to do to repear those two section., is to man handel the hole thing. "Resulting in massive damage" to the hole peace.
I would have to rebuild the hole thing. But I tell you what I'll do I'll try and make the top of the blade sctions. If I can cut each blade tooth off. I may can fix this. I'll try that right now, see you all in some secends.

NOw to save each tooth I will need to snake my hobby blade is some really tricky spots.
From the above photos you see how the part is glued in place. It's glued snug under the ploughs base. Not and easy removel.
An small thin detail, like in these next two photos would get crushed.
I'll take some time and think this over befor I start any thing. As this would be a really big back track, and I don't like back-tracks

hah, "back tracks", I get it...
but seriously, yes a lot of details. Can you use sand paper 600 or 800 wrapped around a small dowel like a paint brush handle?

Hi Captain,
I feel your pain to discover you could have to damage your beauty just for a "small" mistake.
Hopfully you'll find a solution without breaking the whole part.

Here's some close up photos of the cage make up of the two larg crane arms.
Here's the Right side:
Now the left side:
An now that middel toe as I call it. There are a lot of angels.
Now as for the heavy rubber that is mounted to the face of each part of the ploughs shovel and front V shaped plough. I made a small part shaped like those of the finish M1's Plough. Then I used them to cut around to give the right shape, of the rubber mats.

I've been following this thread and keeping track of the progress. Amazing work, Captain C !!! Yeah there isn't much reference on the ABV, it's more based on the videos release by Pearson Engineering, news articles and Youtube
Your work have actually inspired me to build one too!!

"Blitz" your line drawing is just the best grate job man. Now in your first photo., I have noticed those tabs as I call them. And I'm adding them, as well as the thing just under the turret.
Oh and the night -vision scope on the MG mount, needs' to be added as well.
It looks like a view port but I don't know what that thing is. I'll have update photos about the added items. I now have the plough painted but not wreathered. Sorry for the yellow-ish look to the photos. I'll fix the color later.

You have the add these two items to both sides.
Both of them are not the same.
Left side item:
Right side item:
50 Cal's PE ammo box.

Here I simulated the screw pattern for the ploughs shovels, by using a tooth-pick.
I'm going to have to hold off on any work on the night-vision scope., till I find out just were am I to mount that thing.

Finally, you give us your secret
Your job is beyond my words, at least in English Each update is a delight for the eyes but also a reminder for how far from your level I am.
