Ola Guys

Currently in the finishing stages of my Vision Models Aerosled. I already masked the red stars and going to spray them tomorrow. But I have a quick question. I want to paint a phrase on the side of the sleds body. What I'm looking for is"For Moscow!". I actually pulled the sentence through Babelfish and this got me the following: Для Москва! Since I don't speak any russian at all I have no way of knowing if this is correct or not. I remember from another project that another letter of Mockba should be capital. I believe the B

What I want to know is if that Babelfish translation is right. And if not... what should it be. Looking forward to your answers

With friendly greetz

HI Robert!

It's not right translation! You need to write: За Москву! . But, you know... Usually Russians don't write "For Moscow"... I'm never seen something like that. Usual phrases was: "For Stalin!"(За Сталина!), "For Motherland!"(За Родину!) and etc... IMHO.

Ola Guys

Thanks a lot for your replies and help... I'm glad I checked here first otherwise I would have done something stupid.

@ Igor. Thanks for giving those examples. I think I like "for Motherland!" the most. It is a nice patriotic slogan.

@ Mauro. Thanks for posting those pictures. Gives me a good idea in what kind of style they painted it on the vehicle.

So next update of the areosled will have the markings. Thanks again guys
