Trumpeter 2S3:
Roadwheel: 19mm total, 16mm without rubber (interior hub/rim)
Idler: 17mm
Return Roller: 6mm total; 4.5mm without rubber (interior hub/rim)
Sprocket: 20.3mm
I know they do NOT match the diameter of the Panda Models wheels on the 2S6, but they are not the same road wheel either. How do they compare Gabor?

I know the Panda Models wheel is smaller, but it is the newer type of roadwheel. However, the newer road wheel style seems to be smaller.
Does ANYONE have the diameters for both the early and late wheels? We should see if there is any difference between the wheels in real life, and if the wheels are actually 1/35.

I did it because I am interested in your vehicle.
The SA-4 wheels 1/35 size: 18.15 mm.
Panda Hobby wheel exactly this size!
Trumpeter wheels 19 mm.
The SA-4, 2S3 vehicles have been built based on the SU-100P chassis using the chassis of the BUK, TOR, Tunguska Also on this basis, although the suspension is changed, the suspension is well established.

Ok, I did some more road wheel measuring over the weekend. From my kits on hand I found:
Panda Models 2S6 = 18.1mm (The same as Gabor)
Tank Mania 2S3 = 16.8mm (These are the "old" style wheels)
Tank Mania 2S15 = 16.2mm (These are the "new" style)
And as previously noted, the Trumpeter 2S3 roadwheels are 19mm total.
I think the old wheels are slightly bigger than the new wheels. Look at this:
It looks to me like the 2nd through 5th roadwheels are new style and the others old. It may be an optical illusion, but they seem to be smaller than 1 and 6.
Now to get someone to actually go and measure the real wheels...please?

Each wheel of the same size, only the 2S6M been put on two subsequent wheel (front and back, reinforced).
Are you sure it was in stock, it must be replaced when worn.

I did it and weighed.
The wheels of the same size 2K11 Krug (Sa Ganef-4) and similar ones chassis (2S3 Acacia, etc.) and the BUK, Tunguska, early and late TOR chassis legs.
The track is compatible with 99 percent, they differ in the wheel hub.
The measured and expressed per total diameter 18.2 mm (1/35, Sa-4).

Gabor, the reason I want to get actual measurements of both wheel types is this:
18.2mm (actual diameter of SA-4 roadwheel in 1/35 scale) = 637mm/63.7cm/25.1 inches
Panda wheel at 18.1mm would = 633.5mm/63.5cm/25.0 inches
Trumpeter wheel at 19mm would = 665mm/66.5cm/26.2 inches
Now, for Trumpeter 26.2 inches vs. 25.1 inches seems a big difference (1.1 inches) and in mm it is 28mm...but this is applied to the OUTSIDE DIAMETER of the wheel...so it is actually, roughly 1/2 inch off in real life, or 14mm. And my measurements may need to be rechecked.
The Trumpeter wheel is bigger than what your measurements say it should be. I am not so sure that I would want to master new road wheels, or buy them, for a .8mm difference though...
