I use Rustoleum Texture Spray...in Canada you can find it at Rona, Home Depot, etc...
There are different grades of texture for the spray...you might want to play around with the fine and medium texture.

Hello,
first and most important, a fantastic built until now and an impressive model.
But, is the side armour on the turret not too high? I ask because it was mainly criticised on the perfect scale model and I did not find a thread where this point was mentioned on the TAKOM model.
Best wishes.

Yes, the PSM turret armour is way to high, and has a very large gap due to the fact that it is not aligned with te top of the turret and that would have to be fixed by carving the side armour off and re postioned. This turret armour is aligned with the turret edge, and is correct.

Great work and the update set will be a most welcomed addition to the TAKOM kit to represent a combat deployed C2 MEXAS.
The markings that you have on the kit:
The white aiming mark on the gunners sight was only on the squadron commanders tank :
Call sign 19CFR 78-85161 SQN Commanders Tank
The side marking of the desert spider was for first troop as modeled :
11 CFR 78-85162 Troop Officers Tank
11A CFR 78-85083 Troop Warrant Officers Tank
Hope this helps.

Thanks Anthony,
I remove white mark.
I build 11 CFR 78-85162 Troop Officers Tank.
Used this tank nickname on barrel?
Now some resin parts and set is finished

When will this update set be available to the public? Or maybe it is and I just don't see it( like seeing the tree in the forest)javascript:PasteSmiley(':-?')

Im just getting ready to start opening bags on mine, updating with the legends update set( ECM, cooling box, ect...) and I want to put on the no-skid. Does anyone here have a pattern for the placement or was it applied by the crews to their standards?
