Also, if you guys have anymore military trucks in Fire Fighter colors will be great.

A very nice collection of ex-military trucks used for various fire fighting purposes: http://www.massfiretrucks.com/MGALLERY%20MILITARY.htm

I love this one! I wonder what the story is behind the paintjob? "We had nearly finished painting but then we had to rush to a forest fire and while we were there someone stole the bucket of paint ..."

My guess is they acquired a new truck and bolted on the equipment from the old, already repainted, truck.

Looking at the size of the load they carry, I guess a few extra quintals of armor plates wouldn't make much difference

Sometimes the new owners were more imaginative. Here are more examples of custom cabs :

The MAZ-7907 was originally intended to be a millipede launcher chassis for the mobile ground missile complex of the 'Tsellina-2' ICBM. Only two were ever built; both of them are still at the MAZ factory (Minsk, Belarus), with one unit being cannibalized to keep the other running (true for 2012).

Another case of people who like to keep their pictures to themselves. The image displayed on the linked pages lead to slide shows and all the images are hidden behind scripts.
There are ways around this but I think they all involve storing a copy of the image somewhere else ....
