Hi all...
Faust has produced an excellent banner already ....
However if it's a variety of choice "you lot"...lol... need, then I'm up for it.

As everyone seems to have their own requirements and if I'm to do a banner for each country...i.e. British Commonwealth: AEC Matador for example...or a GAZ version etc...
I NEED PICS!
Roo has already kindly given me a GMC CCKW, so if you can help me out with other countries' trucks, I'll do as many banners as you need.
It'll save me time searching and I can concentrate on doing the banners....deal?
I can't do a banner for each and everyone, but I should be able to do a few to keep you all happy.....
I need pics similar to the one Roo gave me and/or side and front profile type pics. Colour would be nice but not essential.

Just let me know and I'll get the creative kettle on full heat as soon as I can get the material to work with. :-)

Cheers and thanks
Peter

Hi again...a sort of PS

Quoted Text

The ribbon proposal is fine, but shouldn't it have a truck on it?

The ribbon was done as originally instructed..lol.
However if it needs a truck on it, what truck should it be?
And looking at the posts so far, a small ribbon dosen't have much room for a fleet of multi-nation examples.

So all of you will have to decide amongst your selves and I'll be happy to do whatever is decided....

Cheers
Peter

Pete,

I take the point about the size of the ribbon, and if it's ok by Roo then it's fine for me too. For the banner I've emailed you a couple of side-view plans that may be useful.

They'll be very usefull.
I've already got a couple of banners "cooking".
One at least should be posted soon...maybe later today, if I can get it finished in my lunch break.

Cheers and thanks again.

Hi all...
first idea for banner, needs a bit more work on the headlights and grille. More coming.

Comments please.
Different trucks could be given a similar treatment.
Cheers

Hello mates, good job. I really thought that all of the banners, presented here very nice, but I think them a little bit, hmmm... (I could not find the exact term, sorry), because it have, one of them an American and a German truck, the others two, have specific flags at the background. Since many countries had different types of softskins vehicles (and not just trucks), I would like to see a generic banner. That, made by flitzer is a good example of generic banner. This is my humble opinion.
I hope you understand my poor English, at least the main idea.

yes you are right about the banner my friend and one is on the way. The one in my signature line is a personal one which Fitzer (Peter) designed for me.

There is a universal one on the way for everyone and , along with the one Faust did, will be the official ones I think.

Thanks for your input and thoughts on this

Hi all,
yes I 'm working on a generic "Move It" banner.
Need a little help please.
I need pics of German, Jap and Russian trucks. Preferably side view in colour.
Or dead front on views of same plus a British and an American one similar to the first banner idea included at the beginning of this page.

Thanks
Cheers

Peter I am going to interfere here and say that the one you did up above of the GMC style military grill with Move it on it IS going to BE the OFFICIAL banner along with Fausts one.

this is it. You said you would tidy up around the headlights so please do just that and this will be the move it campaigns banner along with Rob's (Faust) one.

thank you for your excellent work I really appreciate it.
