This group build has been discussed at length in the Canada Goup forum. Time to step pup to the plate. As I understand it we need a minimum of 10 entrants to be considered for approval. Here are the parameters:
Any AFV or Soft Skin vehicle in Canadian service from WWII to the present will qualify. (no what ifs).
The proposed start date will be 15 January (or as soon as we can get it approved)
The end date will be Canada Day (01 July for non-hosers)
We propose awarding a ribbon for all contestants based on the CD (Canadian Forces Decoration for 12 years long service and undetected crime)
First, second and third place finishers will get a special recognition based on accuracy and detail.

I am in.... I am not sure what I am going to build for it yet but I am leaning towards either another FIrefly or a Sherman III or maybe even a Para jeep from 1 Can Para. We'll see.
Cheers

I am in! I have hmm Cougar, Lynx, C1 conversion, C2 conversion, Firefly, Formations M4A2 conversion, my Canadian Recce Jeep project, all on my shelf. I have some thinking to do.
Leaning towards either my Lynx, or my Recce jeep project since I see Paul is doing a Cougar.

I am in, no idea what I am going to build though.
Would like to do the C1, but it looks like there will be a few of those already, and I just have to be different...LOL
Will most likely do the Quad Gun Tractor with 25Pd gun and limber. Only other thing I have is the C1, and a Verlinden TUA kit, but we all know how inaccurate that is....LOL

Looks like you've got your 10, Paul. I've got the AFV Club M35A2 to convert to an MLVW 2nd line MRT, which will be working on the pack of an M109. I've also got the Elite Iltis to turn into my boss's ride, c/s 89. Maybe a Coyote, maybe a fitter. Maybe a Leopard C2, if these guys haven't snapped them all up yet.

Just ordered the C2, and picked up the Revell Leo 1A5 kit, so that one's a go too. And the pile gets higher...

Count me in to Paul. I need to find what I'm going to build. It'll give me an excuse to finish (read start) some models I got on the shelf.
