Marc, as long it's crazy at work it's OK, just don't let you made crazy at work. Good thing than you have a relaxing model to build; MP at ease ;-) From which brand is the figure?
Dave, welcome! Cu Chi is that in Vietnam, where all those VC tunnels where? Looking forward to the MUTT.

Dave, good thing to know where I can go for questions about my "Welcome to the Nam" TunnelRat entry :-)
(if you don't mind offcourse)
Guys, there's another new 'orderkeeping' participant on the campaign: Jim Caddo AKA DODGE01RT.
I took the liberty to link to one of his pictures in his gallery for his great MP entry in progress:

Hi Joaozinho,
Sure thing! That would be a great entry for this campaign. You can post pictures of it in the gallery and/or mention your building reports in this thread.
I'm looking forward to see it.

Think it's finished....
I know there's a huge gap between the roof and the lower body... I'm working on that....
Loved the campaign cause it finally made me finish my M1025....
Awaiting the comments....

Hey Jurgen,
Sorry for the late responce... much nightshifts lately, so less time for the Big A...
The end result of your MP vehicle is great!
Specially with the lighting you used on the picture: an evening-sun in the dessert.
I like the grit on the front very much. Did you scratchbuild it?
It gives the M1025 a heavy duty look and makes it riot proof!
I'm very slowly in my progress...
Did some scratchbuilding myself: the VW kit had an open roof (I used the Italeri kit) but the prototype had a solid roof. So I had to close the gap (app. 25 x 65 mm!!) with a piece of plasticsheet, giving it the right form by following the roofline of the vehicle. On the pictures you see the roof get placed and hold in place for glueing. It was not an easy job!
Next time I use the CMK kit so I don't have to scratchbuild the roof!!!
Actually, I used the Italeri kit for a typical Dutch reason.
Jurgen, you as my Belgian neighboor know we Dutch guys suffer from cheapness, and the Italeri kit was a few Euro's cheaper than the CMK and came with figures... I know... Typical Dutch :-)

I can even hear him shout!
If you need a little more time to finish; feel free to ask for it. I can extend the campaign a little.

I intend to get down to business on my entry this weekend. I've been struggling with college work. I'm a student again sixteen years after I thought I was done with education. I hand in an essay tomorrow and then I can start work on my American MP entry

I finally finished my entry into the MP Campaign. I have posted three (3) pics in the Gallery section for the campaign. I built a '96 Crown Vic with North Carolina Highway Patrol marking. I don't think it turned out very good. Paint sucks. It was a Lindburg kit with very little detail. The hood doesn't even open. Take care all.

I took the liberty to place a picture of it here also.
I think it's a nice model! It looks OK to me and I like it very much. You said the paint sucks, what paint did you use?
