Hey all,
As mentioned in an other thread today I visited the museum 'Wings Of Liberation' and faced some real great diorama's I would like to share with you all.
Here are some pictures of an Omaha Beach diorama. Unfortunatly the author of it is unknown...
Again; photograping it was quite difficult because of the glass.

Glad you like it all guys! I found it very impressive too.
@Tarok: The dio is in 1:35 and measures app. 70cm by 50 cm. if I remember correctly.

This looks really nice. Always wanted to start a D-Day dio like this. I just don't know how to place the trenches and bunkers....I might give it a try....

Hey Roel, this were are the picture I had. But you can visit the museum; it's not far away from Belgium Limburg where you live. It's near Eindhoven in The Netherlands. I'm sure you like the museum.

Unbelievable!!! I love the fact that you can see what is ultimately happening, but there is still independant chaos!!! Excellent work!!
