Hi all,

Well, we're coming to the end of this campaign soon! A lot of you are already finished, some are still working hard and some even just started an entry! I've had a lot of fun on this campaign, it was great to be leader of it and to see that people enjoy what they're doing and of course what beautifull entries are being build!

I'm almost finished myself...the Sdkfz 251/22 will probably be finished tommorow and I've started on a diorama....still vacation here so maybe I'll have enough time to finish it before the end of the month!

Check this thread for my progress:

https://armorama.kitmaker.net/forums/57269

Maybe it's an idea if everyone posts 1 pic of his finished entry in this thread?

- at this rate - I am not going to make it. I will post progress pics of where I am at on this travesty of a build I picked the wrong kit. The fact that I dived into the Spaehwagen build 1st didn't help either. Needless to say I am pretty bummed out about this whole build - I am not where I feel I should be with it at all & with hind sight being 20/20 I would have started this project differently.

Martinnnn -

Thanks for doing such an outstanding job keeping this Campaign on track. With that sweet looking 251/22 and diorama of yours, you've done yourself and Garry's Tank Destroyer Campaign proud.
Now as for me, I hear Alex's cry and can sympathize. I took on a little more than I should have (again) and didn't allow for some schedule contingencies. I'm afraid I'll only have my Dragon JagdPanther (Early) done for the end of the Campaign (last stages of painting). The diorama I had hoped to do is only about 1/2 way done, so I'll follow up later with the diorama. I'll have photos done of JagdPanther.
There's definitely a lot of fantastic looking stuff being completed for this Tank Destroyer Campaign and congrats to all involved. We ain't done yet! Keep us posted.

Just got a few more bits and pieces to do for the turret interior, then assembly the sub assemblies and paint ETC, ETC

based on the original Italeri floor

blurry though it is, part Italeri, part Tamiya (draggin it around for 30+ years)

and the hull, I should have put the driver, co-driver and transmision in! I did not think it would get this far :-)

Martin:

Doesnt look like I am going to finish on time. With 3.5 weeks to go, wedding planning has taken over my spare time. Why cant you buy a wedding in a box??? :-)

working on thet tracks and tools and getting ready for the final assembly of my M10.. so I'm sure i'll make it.. the olive drab came out nice.. so if I dont' get to the whitewash it will still look great....... sometimes it just seems a shame to cover up such a nice looking coat of OD.....

The StuG IV is ready for paint, which I'll try to get done tonight and tommorow night, work permitting. It will be put in a small dio depicting the Russian spring mud...

Don't know what it tells about me, but I have three TD's on the go right know, a Jagdpanther which needs a few touch up's and a base, a Demag with PaK which I finaly (after more attempts then I care to remember... ) have managed to paint in a winter finish I'm happy with. It needs a few finishing touches and a crew. And then there is the M18 Hellcat which is halfway done, but the lack of decent tracks has put me off a bit. I don't do much OD armour, and I want to finish this one fairly clean, and the AFV tracks just do not inspire any interest. To many other things keep taking my focus away from that one.
Ohh, and I nearly forgot the StuG III which is almost done, just needs the skirts re-attaching on the left side..

Cheers

This is the AFV Club Midproduction M-10, which is mostly OOTB. I did substitute the five-spoke road wheels from an Italeri Marine Sherman kit.

Hi Martin,

This is my first time to join in a campaign and I must agree I enjoyed every minute of it ( 4 months). I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate you for a job well done as our campaign leader.

I've also finally completed my entry for the Tank Destroyer...a destroyed Elefant (Sd. Kfz. 184).

Cheers
Arvin
