Although MiniArt have produced a large range of 1/35th buildings and various diorama bases, they have also released a number of very useful accesory sets for buildings as well. Here's their latest.
The New, (In-Progress) item is:

35555 - EUROPEAN TILED ROOF

Now the roof sections will be in Vac-Form styrene (along with a chimney section and ridge tiles). The designers haven't forgotten some of the other important aspects though. Also included, (in injection-moulded styrene) are the down water pipes in sections. Now, although they are a simple design, they can sometimes be a little difficult to scratch convincingly so this is a very welcome development.

Another aspect to all this is that the Roof Sections have the detail of the joists on a seperate sheet, allowing the scratchbuilder some real potential to model sections of roof missing their tiles or damaged roofs.

Some nicely thought-out details.

Our thanks, to MiniArt Ltd. for the Update!

That is a nice one. That style of roof is still found in germany today both in the cities and on free standing homes. The tiles exist both in red and in black IRL and the chimney can be red or slate clad black/grey. Modern tiles age a bit more homegenous than the "speckled" roof shown here. The chimney length varies, in many regions it's barely higher than the rooftop and such a high chimney as shown often is bracketed to the roofs beams The water pipe is also very generic and still "in use"
