MiniArt has a new 1/35th scale figure set in the works covering a very well known Operation from World War Two. Take a look inside for more details.
MiniArt is working on “Market Garden” Netherlands 1944, a five figure set depicting three British Para’s (Red Devils) being taken into captivity by two Germans after the rest of the Army failed to reach them despite the Para’s holding out a lot longer than they were expected too.

Interesting looking set, kinda follow on from the recent Resicast release though. Still should be welcome by many. I would like to see a set of surrendering British troops in the vein of the MB Captives which have a very generic use as surrendering soldiers/wounded troops. Good for them more paras are always welcome. Al

They apparently have a house kit coming out for the battle. Thanks, Darren!

So awesome Gotta love Miniart. I'm with Alan on them producing British/Commonwealth POW's. Additionally I like to see them do the Brit/CW tank crews at work/rest etc... I'm also looking forward to their Winter British tank crews they should (hopefully) be out soon.

A must have set for me. The only bad news will be the wait.

I can see ths set in a larger dio with the Resicst set already mentioned and the sets by CMK and Jaguar (if you and find that one). The wounded Brit para from one of the Msterbox sets would work too.

I prefer sets that show Axis Prisoners but I might buy this and convert one of the para's hands so that he is showing the V sign to his captors
