Good news out of Russia, Bastion 35 is back. It seems things have turned around, and the diorama accessory builder is back in business.
Armorama has had word from Bastion 35 that they are back in business. For those unfamiliar, Bastion 35 makes diorama accessories and buildings that are great for Eastern European settings, to include laser cut wood building, wells, bridges, and other goodies. They are even looking to add to their line with some cast plaster facades.

Armorama would like to thank Bastion 35 for the great news, and wish them best of luck on rebuilding their business.

I have just purchased a Russian Log House 3527 from Soga-miniatures.com and the kit contained square logs as opposed to the round ones as shown in the pictures on both the Soga and Bastion site. I have previously bought the Russian Hut no3 3513 and it contained round logs. The people at Soga tells me the Bastion no longer produce the round logs?

I have just bought 3 houses from Soga-miniatures and discovered square sticks instead of the round one show on the picture. just explain in the notice " if you need you can make sticks round". So if you choose house with round sticks be aware that they are square. For me it's not fair as if I know they sale square sticks , I would not have buy their product.
