Upon landing, Fallschirmjäger proceed to drop containers which have been parachuted along with them. These containers would have their fighting weapons, grenades and other items necessary to fulfill the mission. Shaped like a bullet, the Mischlast Abwurfbehälter 250 (Kg) was the early model of drop container used by Fallschirmjager units in World War II.
