Rosomak Turned Barrel

Master presents a turned metal barrel for the ATK Mk44 gun, which has been specifically designed for the Rosomak kit.

The ATK Mk44 Bushmaster II is a 30mm chain gun used on several weapons systems, from Infantry Fighting Vehicles to frigates ,and it was even tested on the AC-130U.

One of the IFV's mounting this gun is the Polish Rosomak, for which is intended this set.

It includes both the barrel and a new muzzle brake in resin, the photos attached compare it with the original model's barrel.

Would this work for a French VBCI?

VBCI is 25mm, the Mk44 is 30mm. RB already do a 25mm M242 Bushmaster barrel for Bradley, LAV etc that might work for VBCI. They also already do the 30mm Mk44. But the scale difference between 25 and 30mm barrels is negligible: 0.2mm or thereabouts. The appearance of the ribbing and the muzzle brake are probably the critical points

Thanks Peter for the info. OK, it may work! A 25mm M242 Bushmaster barrel is not going to work however b/c the fluted pattern is different.
