Why do they all have to resemble centerfolds,, and have these exotic names,, and be dressed and/or posed in a manner that deliberately accentuates their figures?? Why aren't there any plus-sized girls,, or one named Mildred??

Why?? Because these sell and make money for the manufacturer.
