Looks great Frank. Nice weathering. One of those kits I have always said I'd like to build, I don't do much modern stuff, but always liked the look of that tank.

Really nicely done. Just wondering if this is the Trumpetur kit? If so, did you use the kit tracks or aftermarket? If aftermarket, who's tracks? I am just starting to weather my Strv-103B by Trumpetur and am looking for track options. Eric

Thanks very much for posting these Vinnie. And also thanks for your nice comments guys. Much appreciated. Brian; The mud was built up in layers with pastels, static grass and white glue. Darker colours on top of light coloursto show newer mud. Then with a huge make-up brush (stolen from her indoors :-) ) I added more dusty pastels to tie all together with the silvered blade. Dave; Not a modern armor guy myself either, but a part of me had to build this. Living in Sweden is only half of the reason ... it is a cool tank, IMO. This was built as part of the Swedish campaign some time ago. Eric; These are the kit tracks. Horrible vinyl and one must be careful as the paint will flake if you dont take care. Dont glue on the drive sprockets until you fix the tracks ... they were a "job and a half" to get on! Cheers Bill!

Nice work Frank. Like the subtle weathering you did overall. This swedish tank was voted as one of the greatest ever tanks i believe.

Nice work Frank, as has already been said the dozer blade looks great. If there was ever a sports car tank then I think the S-tank is it, it looks like it doing 50 just standing still. Ciao Luciano
