About Dave O'Meara (Grumpyoldman)

I'm rewriting this in a much more humoristic way, to help over inflate my ego, and place my self on a pedestal, because I don't have a life, and plastic models are the only thing I live for. I plead guilty as charged to excessive babble, light hearted humor, and continued encouragement to youngsters...

Hi Dave, Brilliant stuff, the butterfly is a real neat touch and the food looks good enought to eat. Briliant work, thanks for sharing. Al

Excellent work, Dave. A pleasure to look at and enjoy. The fruit is nicely done and the groundwork is top drawer. I like the rock/stone wall also. Great touch with the butterfly and the exhaust pipes look like they would burn you if you touched them. Ironmike

Beautiful work Grumpy, just beautiful as usual. It makes me wonder where the rider is...on the other side of the wall perhaps? ....maybe picking more fruit for the basket? ...maybe the machine broke down and he's walking? It makes me think of many things just as a good piece of art or well thought out diorama/model should do. Well done.... Bob
