M3A3 and 2cm Flakvierling
Some M3A3 were supplied from Great Britain to the Yugoslav forces. 4 of these tanks were rebuilt with captured 2cm Flakvierlings, 4 of them with Pak 40. I used a M3A1 body from Tamiya and a M3A3 hull from Kirin. The latter had some casting problems and parts of the side armor fell off and had to be refitted… I used tracks from MR. I like them very much because each link consists of a track shoe and 2 end connectors and they are easy to work with. Unfortunally they are out of production. The Flak was built out of the box. I fitted 2 I-beams under the turret opening, added a pedestal and then fitted the Flak.
