Scale Model World 2007

Every year in November, the small town of Telford in Shropshire is host to what may arguably be described as the biggest Model Show in the world. Clubs and modellers from around the world descent on the International Centre, where in three cavernous halls you will find the most comprehensive gathering of Clubs, Manufactorers and Vendors. The event is also host to the IPMS UK Nationals competition, which brings together some of the finest examples of the hobby.
It is also the major get together for the members of IPMS-UK,( the Country Branch of the IPMS) many members of which are active members of the various Kitmaker Network sites. Unlike previous years, when the branch had a prominent position with two large tables at the entrance of the halls, the branch had to accommodate all it's models, and attendant members, on a single table. Despite this setback, a very well presented stand was created, and a good time was had by all.

Enjoyed the photos.
I always find the club tables fascinating, as it's something you don't see over here.
