Braille Battlefield Campaign Giant Photo Report

Overview

Many modellers, even if it is not their preferred scale, have Braille scale kits in their collections or stashes. They may also have kits in this scale started but languishing on the work bench or lying forlorn in a box. The purpose of this campaign was two fold: first, to be an incentive for individuals to finish started kits in the Braille scale range (1:72 or smaller). The second was to encourage those that had not recently, or ever, built a Braille scale kit to give one a try.

The rules of the campaign stipulated that to successfully complete the campaign the enlistee had to either build one unstarted kit within the scale range, or complete two kits that either still had parts remaining to be added and/or were predominantly unpainted. No restrictions were placed on a builder that wanted to enhance a kit with addition details or substitute parts.
