I'm trying to enter my latest effort into the Dragon MoM competition, but am having difficulty with the Network Support Centre. I can't log in. That's to be expected - I see Jim said that we had to use the "forgotten password" feature so that the database updates properly. I've done that and not had an email - do I need to wait for a few hours for this or is something else amiss?

I've tried to submit via email, but the initialy email I sent with the pictures was too big: what's the size limit on email submissions?

Any help would be appreciated!

I can only help you on the image file size question. The max individual size of a file is 5MB, however we've had email come through where multiple attached files were in the 10MB aggregate range. Some of that also depend on the max file size that your email service may allow out. Try sending just a plain email (no attachments) to the NRC address support (at) armorama.com and see if that comes through.

That could well help, Bill. The file was a zip file (just for ease id posting) but was about 7Mb as a single attachment. When I get home I'll have another go.
