This looks like a great reference source on the Churchill. Amazon is currently showing it for $35, about the price of two or three Concord or Osprey books and this review makes it sound well worth it.

This book has been around since 1999. I concur that it offers great info on the Churchill -- I'd say it's the definitive book on the tank. If you can be patient, I'd just constantly check www.bookfinder.com and get an inexpensive copy. I think I got mine for under $20.

I am currently working on a churhill Mk IV Resicast full version. This book has been my savior in doing this tank. Not only does it have 3d drawing of outside view , but interior drawings as well, plus info of every piece of extra equipment that was stored on the tank and its varients. This book is a true reference book for the churchill. Highly recommended!

Hin Guys
A Churchill is on my wish list for this summer. This book is going to push it off the wish list, and on to the must have. As far as the price of the book. Right now it is a bit high. But right now I'm in the middle of a rather large project. I figure that by the time I'm ready to build my Churchill, say late Aug early Sept Amazon should have one at a more affordable price. If not there is always Christmas.
