How would I go about making a muzzle flash from the barrels of m miniguns on my Super Jolly Green Rescue Diorama?
Thanks!

The flash is going to present you with another problem, the stream of expended shells.
Wht would probably work is carefully stretching some clear sprue and attaching that to the uppermost barrel. Maybe fade some clear amber paint over it.

As I understand it, just the top chamber actually throws the lead (I know, not really lead anymore) maybe a strand of fiber optic imbedded in whispy cotton. If you can find a place to hide the light source and the battery. I lit some flashlights on Germans roaming the sewers beneath Stalingrad with fober optic strands once for a shadow box. Just a thought...

For the light source the LED lights from Monroe Perdu are excellent.......
I little bird told me that the company above will also release the fibre optics soon.....
I hope to be able to do a review about that fibre optics soon.

Roadkill,
I built this thing about three years before the advent of digital pics. I also wanted it to be portable so I could take it to contests without having to plug it in. I had a bank of about 8 D cells in the lid of the actual box. I brough it home from a contest and left it sit. A couple of months later I went to dust it off and all the batteries had leaked all over everything. I salvaged the figures but not much else. You are right, though, I thought it was pretty cool myself. I may have to do another. Anyway, thanks for asking.

Damn, Keenan, that is sorry to hear , but this means (like you said) that you could do it again, bigger and better (if that is possible) :-)
