I’ve been looking at the family of Leopard tanks that HobbyBoss have on offer in 1/35 scale, my question is what are your general feelings on there offerings? Who would you compare them too as regards content, accuracy, ease of construction (by ease of construction I am thinking of parts that fit and are not warped) and lastly clarity of the instructions. If you don’t wish to compare just give it a score out of 10, 1 being don’t even bother opening the box, 10 being open the box and watch it put its self together to show stopping standards.

Not a glowing report but another friend of mine is writing up a review. He concurs with statements in the above review but his conclusion is "When reverse engineering the details suffered, but on it's own it's a rather decent kit, with some exceptions."

Thank you for your reply, the detail appears to be there but has been over exagerated or over simplified depending on what parts you look at.

if you like triming parts and forcing them into place while holding them inplace until the glue dries and love over simplyfied parts then you will love this kit.
Also the turret on my sweadish strv.122 leopard seems to meet the back of the uper hull.
Still its cheap and kinda good if you want to make it good.
