I am working on a set of Dragon figures and I need some help with the painting please.

On the back of the box it lists Gunze Sangyo and Italeri paint numbers. Is there a cross reference chart out there that shows which Tamiya and/or Model Master paints are the same as the Gunze Sangyo and Italeri ones?

Aren't Italeri paints Model Master anyway? The usual starting point for working between ranges is here

Don't forget that the colour suggestions given in the painting instructions are just the ones that are convenient for the manufacturer and you might be better off doing some searching of references and making your own mind up.
