Hello people
ok, ive improved the slings "i hope" but im stuck on what next
There was a post on weathering uniforms but carnt find it now, has anyone got tips/adivce on adding wear to the uniforms or other ways of improving these figures ? oh and how would some rank decals look ,are they any good all comments welcome! Thanks Andy

Couple of ideas:
1. Soles should be rubber, not brown.....I use Polly S Grimy black.
2. Maybe more dirt on knees and elbows.
3. No rank tabs on coats, maybe just the BAR guy, if you want.
4. There are still a few mold seams (canteen on overcoat guy comes to mind).
5. The slings look great, although the rifle ones were more commonly made of leather.
Overall, quite good. Better than my own (which may not be saying much).

well weathering uniforms involves drybrushing of darker colours and sometimes ligheter ones. i would dry brush more khaki or a slight burnt umber on the clothes, as for the helmet possibly some iron oxide for a slight rusted worn look. good luck
