Hi Neil,
you have right of course, but if sniper knows that his (in this coincidence) right side is safe? Apart from that, because of his uniform and camouflage he would be assimilate with the surrounding,so it makes him unseen too.

This Dio is coming on really nice! please just try him under it LOL, alright ill leave you alone about it. But for sure if you really stand back and think about it, in real war you just wouldnt do that. But the paint job is beautiful on the tail, cant wait to see it done.

Your dio is coming along very well - congrats.
Keep the sniper on top of the tail unit. You are absolutely correct - the dio is about the figure not the aircraft wreckage (it is an excellant frame for the figure).
