Paolo
Sorry I left suddenly in the chat so I couldn`t respond to you. So I`ll do it here.
This tank really turned out great. I really love the Worn winterwash you have made and the mud sure finishes the whole thing off
The chipped paint along the edges is really good and the weathering is superb.
In the fourth pic you see one spare roadwheel is missing and that it looks like the winterwash isn`t there was this common ??
Anyway that last thing is just a nitpick you have an outstanding model there my friend

Hi Fuast, you´re right!
The missing spare road wheel was common, and I based on a picture that shows it very well, as well the kind of weathering it caused on the winter white wash.
Well pointed!
Cheers

Paulo,
This is real awesome!!!!! The hardship of winter warfare is effectively mirrored in this piece of art. I especially like how you did with the spare wheel rack, the way you put a wheel there to do the white wash then take one wheel out to show the actual paint behind. Very very smart, and comes out awesome. I will try this method sometimes.
Paulo this is good stuff. Keep'em coming!!!!!

Wow...what a beautiful Pz.IV. Paulo. I love the III's and IV's myself, but none of mine compare to your beauty. I would love to hear how you did the winter camo, AND the weathering, which I think is outstanding. I haven't had the guts to try a winter one yet...maybe an article by you could steer me in the right direction?
Great job, Paulo .

Dave, thanks again, this effect (the spare road wheel missing on the rack) I saw in a picture on a real vehicle.
Mike, I also was afraid to try a winter camo, but since I began, I couldn´t stop, and I can tell you that it was easier than I was thinking...try it...
I´ll try to write down a text to Jim (Armorama).
Cheers

This must be the dirtiest, filthiest tank I have ever seen.
COOOOL!!
Really well done Armouredsprue. All the methods involved are well done. I have tried a panzer II with the detergent effect. Pictures very soon. Although I like my tanks dirty ... the over weathering is not supposed to be cool anymore ... well according to all the "experts" anyway. A lot of comments are starting to surface now about too many chips and rust, etc. and it being unreal. blah, blah, blah. I have just finished a panther D and almost finished my panzer II and they will join the dirty club.
tha´ts the way I like it babay!

Great job on the Italeri Pz1V G Paulo. The white camo and weathering is supurb.
I have 4 of the darn things in various stages of completion.
I finally got tired of filling the almost 30 ejector pin marks on the rear plate and bought Tiger Model Designs resin rear plates to replace the kit parts. A bit of filing and sawing to make them fit, but less work than fixing all those ejector pin marks.

You've been building it for a year?!?!? whoa, have you got little time or are you very pesky about the details? :-) well I hope you give it a good sandyellow base with some dark green in stripes or something that would look really cool
