Alan McNeilly (AlanL) shows us the models he has been building over the last two years.
A 'Modeller's Profile' is a perfect way to show your models in one place, with it's own link from the homepage, and because it is featured in your profile, it won't get lost like an ordinairy post. If you have pictures of a minimum of fifteen different models that you have build, why not submit them for your own 'Modeller's Profile'.

Terrific Portfolio Alan and not a panzer among them. A burnt out panzer IV being passed by one of your Guards Armoured Div. Shermans round out your collection nicely

Hi folks,
I'd agree with Henk, there are some great builds around, so get your pics into the gallery for reference.
Hi Henk,
Sorry I mis-understood about this otherwise I'd have submitted some altenative pics as these have been around the block very recently.
Hi Pat,
I have an very old Tamiya Panzer D (I think that's what it is) specifically for that purpose, that with a bit of work and thought it might be re-useable. lol, lol.
Before I got back into modelling I used to build stuff, not very well, that was whatever was on the shop shelf, so I have a few Germany kits around that I hope to breath a bit of life into sometime.
However, I didn't build much so have 20 years or so to catch up on and for now my focus is on the British side of life.
Cheers
Al

Hi Ron,
Thanks for looking and glad you enjoyed the builds. Some still to be finished off, but that always seems to be the way lol, lol.
Henk said he'd add the Churchill AVRE which got missed off and would finish off the year nicely.
Been a lot of fun, a steep learning curve and I'm hoping to get some of them into dios this year. With so much to catch up on and so many new kits, I'm spoilt for choice right now.
Cheers
Al

Hi Alan, beautifully done !!
I've had the pleasure of seeing these works and others from start to finish, and let me tell you the man is a modelaholic l.o.l.
I've also seen many pics. of all the works and they are all equally built with care and attention to detail.
Great work buddy !!!! keep it up.
Now where's that pier l.o.l.

Hi Glenn,
Thanks for your over generous comments.
The Pier was having a bit of a rest whilst I finished the Churchil AVRE. I almost got started on the windows but ended up with the wrong tickness of glass so I'm awaiting the arrival of some 0.5mm stuff which is what I think you used. That said some 14 civilians and workers are on the bench Patience buddy lol, lol.
Hi Brad,
Seeign a few of them pictured here spurred me on to getting a couple more moved on a stage or two. So I've three on the bench now getting stowage added and then I can finish off weathering them.
An M4 SHerman Mk IB is also well on the way to completion, a salvage job from another life.
Glad you mentioned the boats, these have been a big part of the last two years and I learnt a lot from building them. There are only 3 of the 6 featured here but they are a lot fun.
Thanks for all your input guys, without it I'd still be back in the Dark Ages
Cheers
