Are there any conventions to camouflaging large crew-served guns like the German 88 and 40mm Bofors? I've noticed a lot of land guns 25mm and below aren't camouflage (I don't mean rifles). Also, a lot of mortars and 105mm guns aren't camouflage either. Why is that?

Or has camo net basically replaced the camouflage painting of large guns?

You camouflage what you don't want your enemy to observe: fixed or semi-permanent AA positions would me much more likely to be camouflaged than lower level artillery assets such as mortars. A 105mm is usually a regiment level gun/howitzer and may have just needed to be more mobile, without regard to imminent enemy observation. However, if a unit was planning on staying a while, you can bet that their spades came out as well as the netting.

With AT guns in ambush position, they obviously desire hiding from both lateral and aerial observation. The light AT guns you cite are probably photographed after being emplaced quickly.

There's no hard and fast rule: it's what the gunners on the ground determine is needed. Every asset is trained in concealment: kitchens to fuel service personnel, everybody.
