What type of Bren LMG were supplied to the Australians in 1945, Pacific Theater. Would the type supplied with the Airfix 1/32 Multipose kit be compatible?

This is a very specific question but I'm sure there are some of you who can handle it! Here is a pic of the bren in the Airfix kit, does anyone know what Mk. it is?:

Just noticed there aren't any carrying handles on these brens and the lower one has a chunk missing out of the rear sight.

The carrying handle on the Airfix Brens is folded down to the left.

Have you tried searching the AWM collection for photos showing Brens from the area you are interested in?

Hit collections in the menu on the left side of the page then search the collections till you drop

If those guns are from the 8th Army set, then I belive they are Mk1s (it'd be easier to tell if the were viewed from the other side). I think the Mk II had a simpler rear sight, without the range dial? on the left of the reviever.
