You are correct. If it's not the velcro tape then it's the tape glue left on after the velcro is pulled off.

Sorry about the long time of no updates but been working long hours, and on the one day off a week the waves have been real good.
But , have been mostly painting the figure, just a little at a time....
here ya go then...

sorry about the photo quality but I'm learning eh gringo.....plus it's dark round here by six
also got the spare wheels on and air-brushed some more dust

now I know I have not put the wheels on as you see with the track connector , but the photos I have it does'nt look like they have used that method.I tried it by cutting down the Dragon links but it did not look good, so I just went with simple hooks.
All the best

Very nice finishing touches. Can we see some pictures of the whole tank with the figure? I like the close up shots, but pics where you can see the whole model are good too. What technique did you use for the vision blocks? Inspires me to work more on mine.

Thanks for all the comments , thought I was going to crucified on the figure.
Periscopes , the way I paint them is to first paint the backs , or all except the glass part in silver . Let that fully dry , then carefully mask the glass part , which takes time . Then spray your base colour , let dry fully then remove masks and paint with Tamiya clear colours.
Long winded but I think they look good.
thanks again John.

You keep making her better and better. My first question is how did you modify the .50 cal? Was this an aftermarket mod or scratchbuilt? My second question is what is the roll of razor wire secured too? A handle on the hull? I'm just curious. Any way it looks gorgeous. Figure looks darn good too.

How do Matt
Thanks for replying , the 50 cal just has the end off a Verlinden item , i drilled out the cooling holes a little .
The razor wire is secured with a length of wire threaded through one of the handles above the side skirt armour , most of the handles on the model I shaved off and remade .
Happy new year to you .
