No there isn't. There have been a few beautiful scratch builds in the past but nothing out of the box.
The way Miloslav is going though we might see one one day and there is a rumor that AEF is coming out with one but it is not apparent by their web site.

Bison, in plastic?????

Wait for Trumpeter's release of the LAV-C in December, if not exact, damn closer starting point than trying to build up a LAV Mortar Carrier.
