just recently finished this M5. My original plan was to use this vehicle in a dio with DML's 2nd Armored Div figures. You cant tell from the photo's but i scratch built a partial turret interior. In one of the pics you can just barely make out the helmet of the gunner inside the turret. I know the pictures are fuzzy for the most part but constructive critisism is most welcome. here is the link to the pics. I dont own my own digital camera,( have to borrow a buddy's) but will try to take clearer pictures in the near future.

Hey Summit,
Great paint and weathering effects, I went with the late storage version on the back deck of my M5. Really like your figures, good job all the way around, Like wise I can't see anything wrong with it

Very nice! Your weathering and drybrushing look great, and the figures are outstanding. Wish mine came out that good. Very good job on the accessories (netting, equipment, etc.).

Glad you all like the M5! As far as the figures go, the driver has the torso from tamiya, (cant remember which set) and his head is from one of the DML figure kits that I have extra. The assistant driver/ bow machine gunner is the lone figure provided in the M5 kit with arms coming from the parts box. the tank commander is from the Italeri M4 sherman kit. I had to modify his legs a bit to fit him in the turret and his arms are also from the parts box.

Damm Sarge....another winner. I don't know what it is about the Stuart, it is so strange looking small little body tiny turret and yet so high. I just finished my M-3build now I need to weather it.............eventually with all the other projects and group build projects I'm involved with, it may weather itself. Kep up the great work

Really nice kit...... well painted and finished. This M5 kit has become popular recently and I can see why!
