Hi
Apart from the Russian Officers in the Jeep already mentioned on this site I spotted the 35046 German Feldgendarmie on display on this German IPMS web site from the Nuremberg show.

Looks good. Like the poses, another winner for Miniart.

Thanks for the update. A nice set that is very useable in many dioramas.
Good to see they continue their line of high quality figures.

Hi
Looking good. I have no doubt clear pictures, sprue shots etc. will be coming over to Armorama from Miniart very soon.
I can already imagine the seated guy inside the new Tamiya Opel Truck passing his details out to the Officer whilst the others are by the road side fixing the sign up.
Or even better the same idea but add to it Masterbox's Checkpoint set and you have one great diorama scene.
If only I had the time...if only....

Frank, the Chilstrom book isn't going to be released until around May/June - I was speaking to Squadron Signal at Nuremberg...
Re. the MiniArt figures - i'm preparing a full report (including lots of images) and the truth is, those new figures are totally superb...

Julien, I enlarged the picture and it definitely looks like 3 X MPs. And it's a pity the US jeep crew is obscured by the German MP...
Cheers

Hi Jim
Thanks for that, looking pretty good for Miniart's future if they keep bringing on this sort of stuff. Looking forward to your news once you've had time to process it all.
You no doubt told them how pleased and encouraged we modellers are with the direction they are taking as regards figures etc.
Cheers

Thanks Jim. They look beaut! So 2 X MPs and three jeep men. 29th ID if I recall correctly... They look to be nice and 'ticked off', good for many dioramas...

Thanks Jim. Its still positive that it has actually a release plan, IMO. Ive been looking forward to this one for a long time. I guess its where a lot of my current interest is going ... converting figures, etc. Feels like a lifetime since it first came about.
