Yes, they are.. but note, red covers are riveted- thats probably dummy-rockets for training purposes.
You can find different painting schemes of rockets on the net.. some of them was paint allover with silver paint (similar to lor of soviet jet fighters), lot pictures shows some parts of main fuselage in white etc..

The missiles could have a light-grey color on these photos. On some drawings (on the net) were multi-colored camoflage visible.

Mine arrived in the mail today and except for the smoke smell on it, it is a fine looking kit. No parts damaged, and the castings are very well done. Could only give it a quick once over before heading off to work, but it looks great. I am contemplating getting it completed to take to the IPMS nationals next month. Hmmmm. Thanks, "Q"

I'd say light grey. Compare them to the kid standing on the street just in front of the vehicle. He's in a white shirt and there is a visible difference in colors between the two. I doubt the distance would effect the colors that much. Just a SWAG though. Thanks, "Q"

I recieved my kits and aside from a few little issues (small air bubbles and a slip-mold casting on one of the missile bodies) I am very impressed with the kit and casting. And mine smelled like smoke too...but I notices Europe smokes a lot more than the USA when I was in Italy and France.

I am DYING not to build this immediately, but I have the SU-100's to finish first.

I received mine today and this kit is absolute value for money, and I did not smell any smoke

I hope this is the beginning of a full range of special vehicles from the former USSR.
(some engineering/recovery vehicles I hope )

Ha ha!

Pawel, it is a beautiful kit. I will try to do a review soon. How goes work on the 1S32 Pat Hand? I have found a little information, but not a lot. Just wanted to know if you needed any to help the project move along...

well, since we have no post offices anymore in the Netherlands I had to pick it up at some woman's store for perfume and other "fresh" smelling products. That might have ruined it.... I will take the box to the pub tonight and the problem will solve itself

Sa-8? Wasn't Panzershop also making this one? Their website shows it available summer 2009. Or am I mixing up something here?

Yes, I know but:
1 - My friend of I has encouraged as he has said that from three years is in foreshadow.
2 - I want to have this model in collection but I can not pay 300 - 350 USD.

The SA-8 Gecko (9K33 Oka) will be a nice kit to have. I have thought about your request for new ideas and have a short list of items you may want to consider:

1. 1/35 flatcar (railcar) for transporting T-72/80/90 tanks. Obviously this would work for other 1/35 kits, but it would allow for some very neat diorama and/or display options. I do not have any photos/diagrams/information on these train cars.

2. K-61 amphibious tractor/ferry. I hae a excellent book on this that I could share.

3. 2S3M Akatsiya 152mm howitzer/ 2S4 Tyulpan 240mm Mortar/ 2S5 Giantsint 152mm howitzer/ and GMZ-3 minelayer. It seems like this series would be a good use of all your hard work already done with the SA-4. I have some information and drawings in various books on each version that may help.

4. 9P129 Tochka-U SS-21 "Scarab" tacticle ballistic missile launcher or 9K714 Oka SS-23 "Spider". Either of these woudl be of interest, although the 9P129 woudl probably be the better choice since it is still active and it did replace the 9P117 SCUD-B system. I have some documentation on these systems.

I hope that something catches your eye to be made after the "Pat Hand"!
