Hello all , I'm trying to get back into the hobbie and realized i dont have a proper workspace for building models so i decided to start with figures, mostly 1/35 plastics.
my local hobby shop owner is good for advice but i need some other advice that i can't find online wich is a step by step for adhering the accessories that come with kit ( ammo pouches ect). do i clean partially assemble torso and limbs fill seams then prime or do i add the accessories and the prime? I know everyone probably has their own preferences and process but if you all could pass on a few tips i would appreciate it.

Welcome back to the hobby.
Have you tried the Kitmaker Figure site?

I would assemble the body, minus the head, and depending on the pose. Paint that the base colors. Paint the accesspries. Attach them and share and highlight as a whole. Painting the face, which will be the focal point of any figure, allows more control. And if you have to strip and repaint it, you won't risk having to redo the entire figure.
Now going back to my "dep[ending" caveat. If the arms are crossed or there's a major component across the chest, I'll paint those separately. You may need to to some retouching at the shoulders, however.
