We found out today that there is an actual limit on the number of albums for eash MSN site. I am not sure the exact number but we had just over 25 pages of albums when this occured.
I have since deleted the albums that were empty so that now frees up some for new users. In lieu of this development I would like to ask the following.
1. Please don't create an album and then leave it empty. If you do please delete it yourself.
2. Please try to limit yourself to (1) album if possible. There really isn't a dire need to have multiple albums for each project you do if that means other users can't access this feature.
3. If you need to host a banner but are not planning on using the MSN site for other images please place them in the generic banner hosting album I will create tonight. It will have a shortcut link on the left to make it easy to find.
4. And now the good news. Once we move to the new dedicated server (which will have about 100 times the storage space we have now) AND the new Gallery v2.0 is released, I will look seriously at allowing EVERY member to have an area on Armorama that they can host there own image on. It will likely need to be limited to 3-5mb as the MSN site is.
Thanks,
Jim

That`s some serious news Jim you have got there
Well The last two weeks I`m busy (very busy) with making my own site and I hope to have it up and running in three weeks (or less that`s always good) When this site is up and running I can remove all my pics to my site to clear up some space in the MSN album
Another suggestion I will make is that when people have pics that they want to share that I can host them from the gallery on my site but that is only a suggestion..
Anyways good idea trying to let people get 5 MB webspace from Armorama...
Great job again and thanks for warning
