You certainly got a lot out of an old kit.
Hopefully Dragon will do a Night Fighting Panther using their Smart Kit Panther.

WOW ! The Panther is my all time favorite Tank... Very Nice work, Its not often that I've seen one with this type of Camo-Scheme. Great Job !

Wether you like his signature banner or not, you could have PM'd the original poster instead of launching a personal attack in the public forum. If you really think it is that offensive, you should have contacted the board admin about it. Making a public attack like that is just tacky and unprofessional.
And, no, my post is not intended as an attack on you. Just saying to keep negative personal issues out of the public posts.

Your Panther has amazing decrepitude, not to mention camouflage.

I am late to the party here, the post is gone but I will comment anyway. The comment, suggestting Smith and Wesson being a cure for depression is, in my opinion, out of line. I have people from my life who have choosen a similar cure for depression, none by firearms. I have also spent a fair portion of a night talking someone into getting help so she wouldn't drive her car into something solid.
While I agree that there where possibly other ways to approach it, a direct approach is ok with me. The poster said what was on his mind, maybe he lost a loved one this way too.
Finally Kamil, nice job on the panther.

The model and finish are certainly well done.
However, a few comments may be of use for anyone else planning a similar IR-equipped Panther or other late G:
The IR lenses are always black, the purpose being to block any wavelengths of visible light.
No evidence (beyond an obviously faked image) has ever surfaced to disprove the fact that the Panther never had three IR sights and lights fitted. It was simply not practical to have the gunner’s and driver’s own viewers.
The IR-equipped vehicles had a different bin on the right rear of the hull.
When the raised fan tower was fitted, the right side radiator grilles had sliding shutters fitted to them.
However, a few comments may be of use for anyone else planning a similar IR-equipped Panther or other late G:

Robert, I didn't build this one so I can't really say but . . . . .
- Regarding the three IR units that is simply how the model is offered by the kit manufacture. So we would have to see what it is they used as reference.
- I would chalk the red IR lights up to artistic license.
- I was aware of the shutters.
- Can you elaborate on how the storage compartment is different? I ask because I will soon be finishing up my own Night Panther and now would be the perfect time to make any changes.

My only complaint is the paint seems to wet, as if it has had a rub down with baby oil or something. I would prefer a flatter look to the paint, but maybe that's just a personal expectation.

I’m just keen that people don’t unknowingly duplicate a istorical inaccuracy without knowing why they are doing it. I know that a museum Panther in Germany has or had a dark blue filter on the commander’s spotlight. That’s equally non-original.
The different stowage bin has a door on the rear face rather than an opening lid. The basic dims are shown in Panzer Tracts 5-3 but there are plenty of photos around (quite a few were in Czechoslovakia and appear in the books by Solar et al) and at least one manufacturer makes it in resin.
