What's your question? Location? Adhesive? Can you clarify?

Panzer3,

I'm guessing your problem is due to the fact that the Atak set doesn't come with any diagrams or instructions as to which pieces of the zimmerit go where? If so, perhaps these photos of a DML StuG III G that I built a few months back will help you as a starting point:

Nice work on the zimm Bill. To stay sorta on topic, what camera are you using and what should I look for when picking one out?

I need to start showing SOME of my work and want to take close up pics as nice as this.

Jeff,

I use a Canon EOS Rebel XTi digital SLR with an added EF-S 60mm macro lens. I also use it along with a tripod, a remote trigger switch, and a light tent for the full set-up. You can get similar results with a variety of cameras so it's difficult to point you in just one directlion. The key feature though is the macro ability and tolerance for close-up work. Many point-and-shoot cameras have a macro setting (potted flower icon) but have to be a certain minimim distance away from the subject to be able to focus and take the shot. Check out the Photography Forum here on the site as well, lots of great info there.

This is the photo tent setup I use:

Thanks Bill, that will at least give me some info on asking the right questions on cameras. I figured a tent setup was being used as well as filtered lighting, but the remote switch makes alot of sense and will eliminate the camera movement.

Thanks!

Jeff
