Go here:
http://www.greatmodels.com/Then put "Russian tank crew" in their search function.
There are several in plastic or resin by
Alpine
Tamiya
Tristar
Ultracast
Verlinden
If you look around the online stores or Ebay you find plenty of them around.

Stout, ‘Hey that Bailey crap, you got it amongst this stuff?’
Vandeleur, ‘When you refer to Bailey crap I take it you mean that glorious, precision-made, British-built bridge which is the envy of the civilized world?’

That Tristar set looks a lot like the Tamiya set.
Good info all around.

It's not, IMO, that much better either. It's a little too 'straight-up, straight-down' for my taste. Detail is better though...

Are there any tank commanders that look like they are shooting their pistol (read: in combat)? I swore I saw one somewhere and would love to have it.

Masterbox Ltd. makes soviet 1943-45 tank crew set titled "Bail Out!" with VERY dynamic looking figures including tank CO shooting his TT pistol. It was reviewed here sometime last winter, I think.

Tristar's sculpting is definitely finer, but the poses are pretty much the same. They're also (once again to my annoyance) late war.
