First of all, Bill, many thanks for editing my babbling. My uber-verbosity will be the death of me, I am sure. Second, I sincerely hope my opinions will be useful to you all. And third, as far as I'm concerned, that won't be my last MB review. I've heard bagpipes lately...

A fine review of an item I've thought seriously of purchasing.
Would one of the AM PE upgrades for bikes like Tamiya's Zundapp work on this kit, especially the wheel spokes? Eduard #35572 for example, which is intended for Tamiya's version of the R75?

Great review Bill,
I agree with everything you have commented on. The spokes on the wheels I tackled by backscoring with a No 11 scapel blade until I could break it away, then used tamiya thin cement to blend the plastic edge left with a brush which works quite well. I would also shop around & get the masterbox figures @letting off steam' as this includes a motorcycle team for an extra couple of (english) pounds. Bargain!!!
