Legends Productions has upgraded their already very nice Merkava 4 full kit to the latest version in use with the IDF with LIC and Batash mods. In addition, the word is they will also be offering an upgrade kit for those like me, who already have the original kit. It's me or the gun seems too small compare to the turret size ??

Actually, much like the Leopard 2A5, a good bit of the barrel is inside the turret structure. Part of the reason for this is because of where the Merk is often used, in urban environments. There is much less main gun overhang, thus the tank is easier to manuever in tight spaces.

Hi all,

Looked at the Legends web site at the Merkava 4 LIC/ Batash looks great but the turret
"waist" looks too high.
If you look at the Israeli Waepons web site and the Merkava 4 the "waist" looks lower.
