Ron there spider wheels and im not sure about the availablity.

Are you scratch building it I know Accurate armour do the conversion set but im not sure if its available anymore

The spiderwheels are probably T54A's and these are available in 1/35 by Tank Workshop.
The rest I want to scratch as this was supposed to be low budget, too. AA's kit is quite expensive...
