Here is my M32 work in progress combining Italeri and Dragon parts. These pic are prior to paint. A couple more weld beads were added to the turret and jig supports. I just put on a coat of Oilve Drab and am going to start panel fading soon. Using Tamiya paints so far. Hope you like it. Hobbydude

Nice conversion! Some things to consider?
1) I'm pretty sure that the 81mm Mortar fittings on the hull were standard for all M32s. 2) You might want to switch out the anemic Italeri .50cal MG pintle. Lots of other companies have better better ones.

Thanks for asking about the headlights. I think I am going to drag the projest down to the hobbyshop and find some mb lenses to place in the headlights and searchlights before it is to late along in the weather process. Pete AKA Hobbydude

Hi I have some pictures in tbooks of M32's without the morters on the front hulls. I also seam to have noticed a lot of different configurations on the stowage of parts etc. Hobbydude
Hi The interior is pretty much the parts form the Italeri kit. SInce dragon parts are so close they fit great. I did add a rear wall to the interior so you dont just see the empty engine bay. It's painted and lightly weather. As soom as I get the spraying done I will push in and pull out the masking tape.

I agree that more so than not, the 81mm mortar wasn't installed. However, I'm speaking about the mounting hardware which was welded to the glacis at the factory. I can't recall ever seeing any M32s without those.

YOU are correct on that one I added it to the front and was able to blend it in no problem. Thanks for pointing that out. I have been ill for a while and getting back into it now. I am still working on it. LOL Now 2013. It has been base coated and panel faded. I have to do the cable runs now and scratch the cable clamps etc... So now Tasca has a nice kit of this OMG. I swear I am not going to buy any more conversions or do any kit bashes because pretty soon you know the kit will come out from some company LOL.
Good to hear your back and continuing modeling again. Any updated pictures to see?
I hear you about mfg. making plastic kits eventually... I bought the Legends Merkava ARV conversion kit and traded a kit for the Academy Merkava III. About 2 months later, Hobby Boss issues their kit #82457. I bought it too...
