Thanks Pat.
They look like a great fit for Sgt Bob Barnes (Tom Berenger) in "Platoon", as well as Sgt Elias Grodin (William Dafoe) and Pvt Chris Taylor (Charlie Sheen).
Nicely Sculpted figs.

Ah yes, I saw these while under way over on PF and have been waiting to see who released them.
Fantastic work and likeness especially for 54mm.
I'm definitely going to get these guys and I think there's at least one more to come.

Woo-hoo! FINALLY some new Vietnam War figures in 35th scale!! Great to see all of the new Allied WWII figures coming out --- will be buying many of them but I also feel the pain for the lack of new Vietnam War figures... "Platoon" had such a huge cast, I wonder if we can expect to see any more figures from the film (or "Apocalypse Now" or any other non-movie based figures from the conflict itself)? Can't wait to get my hands on these --- yes indeed, truly amazing sculpts! Keep 'em coming!

I contacted Daniel at hobbyeasy.com about these figures and he replied saying that he ordered some and should be getting them shortly. He also said the price would be around $16 per figure. So, that's another online store that will be carrying them soon.
Looking forward to some more figures along the same theme.

And if Vlad does "Apocalypse Now" figures, he'd have to do two Lance figures --- one sitting in the forward .50 gun tub and the other water skiing! Brando was pretty big when he played Col. Kurtz --- that could be a lot of resin!
And as far as figures outside of Vietnam War movies go, I'd like to put in my vote for: Army and Marine grunts and tank-APC/amtrac crew, Navy PBR/Riverine crews, ARVN infantry and tank/APC crews; Aussie/NZ infantry (in fighting poses!) and tank/APC crew; ROK Korean infantry; slick/gunship crews; news crews/combat photographers; VC and NVA; civilians of all types (farmers, roadside Coca Cola sellers, kids, motocyle/cyclo riders, women, etc.).
Given Vlad's superior talent for sculpting (amazing likenesses, beautiful detail, and realistic poses/posturing!l) I'd kill for any of the above wish list! And as for movie-oriented figures, for additional subjects, let's not forget "The Boys in Company C" "We Were Soldiers" "Purple Hearts" "Hamburger Hill" "Go Tell the Spartans" (and TV's "Magnum P.I.'s numerous flashbacks) to name a few... Keep up the great work --- can't wait to purchase the new figures, Vlad! Johnny B.

These figs are a bit ironic. The company that Oliver Stone (the director of Platoon) was bravo company, and the characters are also part of bravo company in the movie. This is ironic because of the name of the company, bravo six, releasing them.
I will definatly be getting Chris, as he is dressed like a regular "grunt." not sure about the others.

I think these are great figures, even if you don't want the Movie tie in you could just replace the heads with some hornet heads and they could grace any Vietnam diorama.
I just glad to have some new Vietnam era figures and I echo everything Havoc has said above.
But also how about some French Indo-China era figures.
