Sounds great.
But how can you have 6 different subjects under 1 campaign. Blitzkrieg for instance; we had the west. Africa is probably on it's way, but then what?

hello Ron,
i am using the Blitzkrieg as an umbrella for the campaigns.the use of Blitzkrieg is just a way to tie them together.each campaign will start off as Blitzkrieg # then the rest of the title.
one of them might be Blitzkrieg 5:Liberation of France as an example.yes the term Blitzkrieg is a German word for Lighting War,but i think i can use it in other ways.
it will also be easier to keep track of the campaign's as each is run.
here is what i am thinking about working titles(i am just going to list what i have thought about so far)
2:Africa
3:Italy
4:invasion of France
5:Russia. the reason why Russia is so far away is there is a running campaign called Eastern Front, and this will give everyone a little time before another Russian Campaign
6:defeat of Nazi Germany
each campaign will run about 6-8 months or about 5 years.
what do you think.
cheers,
Bruce

Cool ribbon. I really like it.

Do you plan on using the lightning bolt for each blitz campaign ribbon?

Thanks,

hello Randy,
i do not know who did the first Blitz ribbon.i always ask Jim to do the ribbons for me,i just give him a broad outline and he comes up with it.
i think that the lighting bolt will be use in every Blitz Campaign.after this campaign is over,in 2010 will be the next installment of the Campaign Blitzkrieg 3:Italy,then Blitzkrieg 4:Russia in late 2010/early 2011.after that there will be 2 other Blitz Campaigns:France and Germany,to finish the European side of WW2.there might be another set of Blitz Campaigns for the Far East side of WW2.i am going to have to think about it.
glad you like the ribbon.
cheers,
Bruce

Not sure if it's been done before, but how about

"Great War & Inter-War"

Either as two separate campaigns "Great War" and "Inter War", or one all-encompassing campaign (if people feel that World War I alone would be too limiting).

Besides World War I, a campaign of this type could cover events such as the Russian Civil War and the Spanish Civil War, Mussolini's African campaigns, and also various experimentals and "white elephants" such as Britain's Independent A1E1 heavy tank of the 1920s, and the Soviet T-35.

Just an idea to chew on.

Count me in, BTW I think having both in one campaign would be best
